About Me

I’m originally from NJ, moved to upstate NY for my undergrad Cornell University. In school, I realized I’m motivated by seeing things come to life, especially in a way that can help people. After graduating, I moved to the sunny Bay Area to work at Amazon. I’ve worked on mass production consumer electronics and robotics research for the last few years.

I’m a people person at heart, and really thrive by working on things that touch people’s lives.

Leadership Roles at Cornell

  • Sept 2017 - May 2021

    • Led 34 members to create low-cost medical devices that are within reach for resource-constrained communities

    • Coordinated weekly meetings, delegated tasks based on skillset, and communicated professionally with nonprofit organizations, professors, and other key stakeholders

    • Coordinated the transition to virtual operations and the completion of two projects during the pandemic

    • Designed a cost-effective, low-resource solar-powered heating system for refugee camps in Lebanon by exploring various configurations of the heater and prototyping a closed-loop cycle

  • Jan 2018 - May 2021

    • One of 10 students chosen after an intensive 10-week audition period to perform at the top of the Cornell Clocktower

    • Played 2 concerts a week for the whole campus to hear

    • Created 20 arrangements of my favorite songs adapted to the 21-note instrument

  • Jan 2019 - May 2019

    • Worked with second-year students to learn CAD, rapid prototyping, and use of metal machining tools

    • Facilitated design reviews in giving feedback on groups’ water pump and open design projects

Interests

I like creating things in my free time, from personal projects to art and other crafts. I also love being active, playing volleyball, dancing, and running. Here are some of the things I’ve worked on over the last few years.
